My name is Dianna Taylor and I have owned  Scott Leather Company in Weatherford, TX since 2001.  During the recent recession, my leather business has declined tremendously and I have been wanting to diversify and try to make new products!  On a recent shopping trip to Canton, I decided that I would try my luck with Jeweled Flip Flops.  I have seen these Flip Flops for a couple of years, but only bought one pair because of the cost! 

I am using the Nomad Footwear Flip Flops for the base because I think they are the most comfortable and durable Flip Flops on the market!  The Flip Flop straps are webbing, and I can put the jewels or stones right into the webbing OR I can make leather straps that are jeweled and then stitched right onto the webbing straps.  The crystals that I use are actually riveted into the leather or webbing with a rivet cap instead of the prongs that sometimes come out!  If you decide on the leather straps, we glue the straps and then Buckstitch around them. 

You pick your Flip Flop, rivets/stones, conchos, etc...and then you will have a pair of Flip Flops that no one else will ever have!  Cool, huh?   If I don't have a Concho that you "love"...you can bring me your own concho that you want for your Flip Flops!
